• After
  a rough sea and a good churning of the pebbles there are occasionally
  ammonites sat amongst the rocks! 🌊 🏝 These are both Dactylioceras
  species – one encased within a limestone nodule so that only the outer
  whorl is exposed. The other, sat staring into the sky! ⛰ These are
  couple picked up from our latest fossil hunt video at Sandsend Beach UK,
  link in bio! 😜 I’m looking forward to taking some photos of fossils
  from my collection in and around the city, will post them in due course!
