If Charlie marries Sue, then would that mean Charlie is under protection by the pack? And if that’s the case, is Charlie then allowed to know about vampires and Bella? Clearly, Bella doesn’t have to say anything to Charlie because Sue might, or Seth might. 

What I’m getting at, is if Charlie knows now, and Carlisle is still in town for a while, will they be a supernatural mystery solving team?
