My most expensive book buy in quite some time! After my reread of this series as well as The Hobbit and The Silmarillion I thought it was high time to invest in a set that didn’t have cheesy movie covers. So, BEHOLD! The first ever authorized editions to print in the US. I fell in love with these vintage copies as soon as I saw them, and I am so glad they have a home with me. 😌🧙🏻‍♂️ What is your latest book buy that is precious (😉) to you?
