I always check https://www.goodrx.com/ for prices.  I never knew about being able to pay a lower price (I don’t have medicine coverage) until a nurse practitioner asked the pharmacy to run my meds through on some kind of discount plan.  Goodrx mostly has better prices than what they had.  But you have to ask the pharmacist to run it through goodrx or whatever discount plan, because the pharmacy can’t tell you about them or offer them.  

Singlecare is also a good app and usually has better prices.
