It’s not actually a relative in charge of it, it’s Baddie herself! She wanted something to fill her time with when her husband died, so she got into funky/cult fashion aesthetics, and because she’s a badass, has steadily gained a following and momentum, and now appears as a model for various clothing companies and i think has even appeared on MTV
