So this is another of my series of Norse style mythic poetry about Midde-earth. This one deals with the Dwellings of the Valar, but it portrayed as a contest of wisdom between a mysterious wanderer and doorward of a mysterious hall. I based it heavily in subject matter and style on the Vafthruthnismol in the Poetic Edda, although with a different meter, based on that used in the Voluspa. Hopefully someone will enjoy!
